This application ("the App") is a personal integration built to connect WHOOP account data with a personal AI assistant for individual health and fitness tracking purposes.

Data Collected

The App accesses the following WHOOP data via the WHOOP API, with your authorization: recovery scores, HRV, resting heart rate, cycle/strain data, sleep data, workout data, profile information, and body measurements.

Use of Data

Data retrieved from WHOOP is used solely for the personal use of the account owner. It is used to generate summaries, trends, and insights within the owner's own AI assistant sessions.

Data Sharing

Data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Data is retrieved on-demand via the WHOOP API and is not permanently stored by this application beyond what is necessary for the immediate session in which it is requested.

Data Retention

No long-term data warehouse is maintained. Access tokens are stored locally on the owner's device and can be revoked at any time via WHOOP account settings.
